Born into a long line of retailers, Mark spent the first 20 years of his working life owning and operating retail stores, and was a leader in that industry. Moving over to commercial property consultancy 17 years ago, this combination of skills was the birthplace of Lighthouse. Mark brings an unrivalled level of experience and dogged determination to the Lighthouse team, and his unwavering focus and vision to create equity in an imbalanced world is a key driver of the success for Lighthouse.

Nipuni Nishshanka
Technical Analyst
While completing her Master's in Information Technology, Nipuni specialised in Enterprise Management. She has since gained extensive experience as a Software Developer, particularly in Supply Chain ERP systems, with a strong emphasis on mobile apps and CRM-related functionality, development, and support. As our Technical Analyst, Nipuni is instrumental in the success and continuous development of Lighthouse Insights.
